Alright, so I’ve finally gone widescreen. My old ultra low definition (320×200) Sharp projector suffered from a fading globe, which didn’t exactly help its already atrocious contrast ratio and light luminance. Still, from 1998 till about mid 2004 it did serve me well, giving me a pretty good return from my then $3000 investment. Breaking it down, we have had $500 per year of enjoyment from the Sharp; with all the advanced in technology, it was time for an upgrade! Continue reading »
