Münich is a great suspense/thriller movie starring the [according to my wife] very hot Eric Bana, plus Daniel Craig – our new James Bond.

Panasonic 50PV60A

50PV60A-5 Alright, so I’ve finally gone widescreen. My old ultra low definition (320×200) Sharp projector suffered from a fading globe, which didn’t exactly help its already atrocious contrast ratio and light luminance. Still, from 1998 till about mid 2004 it did serve me well, giving me a pretty good return from my then $3000 investment. Breaking it down, we have had $500 per year of enjoyment from the Sharp; with all the advanced in technology, it was time for an upgrade!

Dojo

I have just discovered the Dojo DHTML and AJAX toolkit. It’s an absolutely great piece of work, and for someone who’s been hand coding the functions to perform asynchrous calls for creating dynamic web pages it looks like it can take a lot of the basic, mundane work away. At the same time, it should also increase stability which is always a good thing – lots and lots of hours have gone into testing the functions.

Furthermore I really like the html effects/ widgets, especially so the container functions that will allow for frames-like interface using Divs.
